Office Manager


Accelity Marketing, a Milwaukee-based marketing agency, is in search of a full-time Office Manager to help with daily HR, finance, marketing, administrative and reporting tasks for both Accelity and clients of the business. This person may function as a business assistant to the owner from time to time.

The Job

  • Managing payroll, expense reports, billing and paying Accelity’s freelance workers
  • HR duties including fielding and finding solutions to questions surrounding insurance, IRA transfers, financial statements, etc.
  • Vendor management for outsourced software and services
  • Light work within HubSpot marketing automation tool, including CRM clean up, newsletter creation, blog scheduling
  • Interacting on LinkedIn and other social sites on behalf of Accelity’s CEO
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar/scheduling meetings on her behalf
  • Managing client relationships including gifts and other administrative duties
  • Monthly reporting for Accelity to show the ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Monthly reporting for clients of Accelity to show ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Running office errands and ordering office supplies
  • Receiving and greeting office guests
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
  • Collecting orders for and ordering from Peapod
  • Other tasks and projects to be determined


  • 1+ year of office/administrative experience
  • Being a motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills, written and otherwise
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to pass a stringent background check
  • Not required, but appreciated: Degree in business or related field

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with MailChimp
  • Experience with Google Office
