I enjoy the challenges I’m presented with and the constant opportunities for growth. I greatly appreciate the professional relationships I have developed as well as the genuine friendships I’ve made.

I’ve got 99 problems, and getting fulfillment out of my work at Accelity ain’t one. There have been few instances in my life where I’ve been consistently challenged, and excited by projects I’m working on. Accelity supplies those projects and fosters growth along the way.

Everyone has the incredible opportunity to directly impact and move the needle at our business, as well as our clients’ businesses–something you don’t see at larger companies (or even a lot of smaller ones).

I LOVE the small-team atmosphere. Every single person at this company is critical to its success. A win for one is a win for all and the inter-departmental dependency creates a family-like atmosphere.

As the visual side of our company, I enjoy finding the best way to represent our clients and what they have to offer. Each client is unique, so every day is different!

Everyone is so welcoming – within my first few weeks, I felt like I had been at the company for a lot longer because the people are so nice and it is such a great culture. I think that ties into one of the many benefits of working on a small team!
