What does working with Accelity look like?

TL;DR: What to expect as an Accelity client.

Working with Accelity means gaining a full marketing team that acts as a true extension of yours. From day one, we embed ourselves in your business, learn your goals, and build a strategy designed to deliver real, measurable results. You can expect clear communication, honest reporting, and a team that treats your goals like their own.

How we get started

Before any work begins, we make sure we're the right fit for each other. Our intake process has three simple steps:

  1. Let's talk goals — We dive into your business, challenges, and what you want to achieve with marketing.
  2. Here's how we can help — We share insights on how our services align with your needs and where we can make the biggest impact.
  3. Next steps made easy — If we're a match, we walk you through onboarding with no hassle and no confusion.

We don't take on clients we can't deliver for. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you.

Our three-phase process

Once you're onboard, here's how we work:

Phase 1: Onboarding, Audits & Discovery
We kick things off with a structured four-part diagnostic before a single campaign dollar is spent. This covers a brand assessment (alignment, messaging, visual consistency), an SEO + GEO assessment (traditional search visibility and how your brand appears in AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google), 4C's research (a deep dive into your company, culture, consumer, and competitive landscape), and a performance assessment built around five strategic questions designed to identify what's working, what isn't, and where to focus. Phase 1 concludes with a full client presentation — findings, recommendations, and prioritized next steps — so you know exactly what we're doing and why before execution begins.

Phase 2: Strategy & Campaign Development
With Phase 1 complete, we build your annual marketing strategy and quarterly campaign architecture. This isn't a generic 12-month plan — each quarter has a named theme, a specific audience, a content plan, a channel breakdown, and a timeline. We also define your growth equation: how impressions become engagements, how engagements become conversions, and how conversions become pipeline. Benchmarks, goals, and measurement platforms are locked in before any campaign launches so you always know what success looks like.

Phase 3: Ongoing Execution, Reporting & Iteration
This is where most of the engagement lives. We run full-funnel campaigns across all channels simultaneously, maintain your lead scoring inside your CRM, and provide analyst-quality weekly reporting that flags specific contacts showing buying signals, identifies data quality issues, and attributes deals to specific marketing touchpoints. Quarterly Business Reviews go deep on what worked, what didn't, and why — with deal-level attribution and specific KPI targets for the quarter ahead.

What communication looks like

We believe in honest, proactive communication — not just reporting when things are going well. Here's what you can count on:

  • Weekly meetings with your dedicated team (Accelerate and Skyrocket tiers include weekly strategy director meetings)
  • Weekly reporting so you always know what's working and what's next
  • Quarterly business reviews to zoom out, assess progress, and align on the road ahead
  • A dedicated project manager who keeps everything moving and is your go-to point of contact

We're responsive, we're transparent, and we treat every client's goals like our own. You won't be chasing us down for updates.
